## Google Calendar (shared calendar) <a href="#google-calendar-calendario-condiviso" id="google-calendar-calendario-condiviso"></a>

### **Organizational Structure**

Amigdala organizes its internal workflow through shared digital calendars, which help to coordinate meetings and activities in a transparent and functional way. Calendars are differentiated by their specific purpose:

* **Amigdala Calendar**\
  General calendar that includes all internal group appointments.
* **Space Management Calendar**\
  Includes all scheduled activities taking place in the spaces managed by Amigdala. Events may be public and/or organized by external groups or organizations, which are added as guests to the calendar event.
* **Project-Specific Calendars**\
  Created for projects involving external collaborators (e.g., *Periferico*) to ensure better clarity and sharing.

## **Usage Guidelines**

Each calendar follows specific guidelines based on its intended use:

* **Amigdala Calendar**\
  All work-related appointments for members of the collective are recorded here.\
  Each event includes the initial(s) of the person(s) involved, to make individual commitments visible and help manage availability.
* **Space Management Calendar**\
  Records all activities held in the spaces where Amigdala operates.\
  Each event is labeled with the name of the space where it takes place.\
  If the activity involves other people or organizations, they are added as *guests* to the event to automatically share the date and time—especially helpful in case of later updates.
