# Continuous Learning

Amigdala is a **learning organisation**, committed to reframing failures and mistakes — in today’s neoliberal and hyper-performative context — as **generative spaces for mutual learning and transformation**.

As outlined in our values, we strive to cultivate a **culture of feedback**, and we intentionally design opportunities to reflect on our work through a lens of evaluation and growth. In particular, we implement the following practices:

* **Retrospective**\
  For major projects, we hold a retrospective meeting after the activities are completed. This space allows us to reflect together on what went well and what could be improved, and to share perspectives for the future.
* **State of the Art**\
  Once a year, we hold a dedicated moment where each of us can share personal successes and failures with the rest of the team, receiving feedback in an atmosphere of **listening, care, and collective attention**.
* **Amigdala Inside**\
  Once a year, we retreat for two days to a remote location, where we revisit our agreements, write new visions, strengthen our relationships, and create space for **collective learning**.
