# Continuo apprendimento

Amigdala è un’organizzazione che apprende e che si sforza di **ricollocare fallimenti ed errori -** nel panorama attuale neo-liberista e iper performativo - in un’ottica generativa, leggendoli come **spazi di mutuo apprendimento e occasioni di trasformazione.**

Come indicato nei nostri valori, cerchiamo di costruire in Amigdala una **cultura del** [**feedback**](/come-lo-facciamo/i-nostri-valori.md#greater-than-cultura-del-feedback) e progettiamo diverse occasioni per guardare a quello che abbiamo fatto in ottica di valutazione e apprendimento, in particolare:

* ***Retrospettiva***: per i progetti principali organizziamo una riunione di retrospettiva dopo la chiusura delle attività per riflettere insieme sugli aspetti positivi e negativi di quanto accaduto e per condividere prospettive e miglioramenti per il futuro.
* ***Stato dell’arte:*** annualmente, condividiamo un momento nel quale ognuna di noi può condividere con le altre compagne i propri successi e fallimenti e raccogliere feedback sul proprio lavoro, in un clima di ascolto, attenzione e partecipazione.
* ***Amigdala Inside:*** annualmente, ci rifugiamo due giorni in un luogo il più possibile remoto per rivedere i nostri accordi, scrivere nuove visioni, rafforzare i nostri legami e costruire occasioni di apprendimento collettivo.
