The project action is structured through the action-research method in macro-actions, creating a circular movement of field action and theoretical re-elaboration, in a constant drive toward learning and experimentation.

## >> Being in the Territory

Continuous presence allows for a perspective of greater attention to the **diverse nuances offered by the context**. Relationships with the space and with the inhabitants are preparatory for identifying the necessary tools for **understanding daily life** and the **distinctive features of the dialogue between theory and practice**.

## >> Weaving Networks

The "fieldwork" establishes connections with internal relational dynamics (local network), enabling the orientation of activities. Developing a bond allows for **intercepting the potential to connect the local context to other external actors** in an incremental vision of resources, of disseminating the project beyond the specific area, to foster new potential projects and strengthen existing ones in creating constructive **dialogue between bodies - private and public - and citizens**.

## >> Creating Memory

Activating memories and producing new ones enables the creation of a **learning process that stimulates different interpretative scales** by evaluating the pillars on which the community is based: **punctual/individual** (interviews); **group/specific contexts** (identification of relational dynamics); **community/territory** (archival research and perceptual hypotheses).

## >> Conducting Research

Multidisciplinary observation of the context amplifies the potential to intercept connections across different dimensions, developing **new possibilities for disseminating experiences; experimenting with different modes of co-producing knowledge, communication, and training at school, university, and community levels - local and supra-local**.

## >> Intercepting Transformative Imaginaries

By intercepting needs and necessities, and simultaneously prompting emotional resonance, the actions create the prerequisites for **initiating a propositional reasoning toward the future**, aimed at local activation, the creation of new everyday policies, the promotion of skills, and **enhancing the capabilities and resources** of inhabitants and local actors.
